How Harry Morris Music collects, uses and protects your personal information. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who we are
Harry Morris Music is a wedding and events music business run by Harry Morris, a sole trader based in Brisbane, Queensland. If you have a question about your information, email info@harrymorrismusic.com.au or call 0488 986 813.
What we collect
When you enquire or ask for the planning guide, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, guest numbers, budget and anything else you tell us.
When you book, we also collect what we need to run the day: your booking form, music choices, run sheet, venue contacts and payment details for invoices.
Like most websites, ours also records basic visit information such as pages viewed, the device and browser used, and roughly where the visit came from.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, send you a quote, plan and play your event, send invoices, and follow up while your date is still open. If you ask us to stop, we stop.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services below and, for a booking, the musicians and venue staff who need it to deliver your day.
Services we use
HubSpot stores enquiries and our emails with you. Xero handles invoices. Google Workspace runs our email, calendar and documents. Netlify hosts this website.
The site uses the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and HubSpot tracking to measure which ads and pages lead to enquiries. They use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
We use AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, to help draft our emails and invoices from our own records. Everything is checked by Harry before it reaches you.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as they are useful to you and for the time the tax office requires us to keep business records. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@harrymorrismusic.com.au, and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you are not happy with how we've handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
