Every custom arrangement is recorded and in your inbox at least 14 days before the day. Time to change it if it isn't right.
Ceremony order, cocktail and dinner direction, must-plays and never-plays, confirmed with you at least 7 days out.
PA in every space, sound-checked before the first guest walks in.
If illness or an emergency stops us, we help you find a replacement from our network. If nothing suits you, everything you've paid is refunded in full.
If we don't deliver on any one of these, you don't pay our performance fee. Only running costs. That's our promise.
On the day
What’s included, and what you’ll need.
What we bring
- A PA for every space, each sized to its room
- Lighting to get your guests ready to celebrate
- Wireless mics for the speeches and the vows
- Stands, leads and power boards to run all of it
- Backup gear for every critical piece, to keep the night going smoothly
What the site needs
- A power point for the reception set-up, and a second for the DJ
- Somewhere flat and out of direct sun for the gear
- The ceremony can run on battery power if there’s nothing within reach. Sites with no power at all will need a generator for the reception and the DJ.
Travel is in the price. There’s no separate call-out fee for a property outside the city.
