V Logistics
What you need to know.
Done before guests arrive. For a full evening, allow two to three hours’ access before the start.
Mains power is needed at each performance area. How much depends on the set-up, and I’ll confirm it with the quote.
Send it about two weeks out. I work to it and time the music to the speeches and formal moments.
Must-plays, never-plays and the songs for formal moments are agreed beforehand.
Spare gear for every critical piece, and stand-in musicians on call.
$20 million public liability through Duck for Cover. Certificate of currency sent on request.
