The things couples ask us.

Included on All Day, and on the Dinner & DJ half of a Half Day. It isn't part of Ceremony Only or the ceremony half, and we don't sell it on its own. It uses the same PA systems already set up across the venue. The reason it works is that it's the same person who has been in the room, and who knows what the crowd has responded to.

Nothing stops. On an All Day booking the same supplier covers guest arrival, the ceremony, canapés and dinner, and then the DJ set. There is no changeover window, because there is nobody to change over to.

A Half Day covers one end of that, either the ceremony and canapés or dinner and the DJ, and runs the same way across whichever half you book.

Even between sets, background music chosen for you keeps running, so there is no dead air.

Small weddings are some of our favourites. With twelve people, there's no distance between the music and the room. Everyone hears the words, nobody talks over the ceremony, and the song you walk in to is held by every single person there. No minimum guest count, no small wedding surcharge.

If we can't perform, we help you find a replacement from our network of musicians and pass on your approved arrangements and music plan. If nothing suits you, everything you've paid is refunded in full. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable. For gear, there's a spare for every critical piece.

Not much. Somewhere flat and out of direct sun to set up, a power point for the reception music, and a second one for the DJ. That is the whole list.

Everything else arrives with us: the PA for each space, the lighting, wireless mics for the vows and the speeches, stands, leads, power boards, and backup gear for every critical piece.

The ceremony can run on battery power if there’s nothing within reach. Sites with no power at all will need a generator for the reception and the DJ.

Travel is in the price. There’s no separate call-out fee for a property outside the city.

Yes. Your ceremony music and your first dance are arranged specifically for your wedding. Once the arrangement is finalised, it's recorded and sent through for approval, so you can hear exactly how it'll sound on the day.

No. Travel across South East Queensland, PA, lighting, mics for speeches and the planning session are all in the price. There are no additional hidden costs. Optional extras, extra hours or extra musicians, are priced up front.

No, it rules out the drum kit. An acoustic soloist, duo or trio is built for this, enough energy to fill the floor while staying inside the limit. Send us the venue name, or on private property tell us where the boundary fence is, and we'll tell you which line-up fits inside it. Most South East Queensland limits are known quantities.
