If illness or an emergency stops me, a musician from my roster plays the day at no extra cost.

Most wedding music simply plays through the moments instead of creating them. A set list that doesn't react to the energy of the room. A song that fades out halfway down the aisle because nobody timed the walk. Thirty minutes of silence between the ceremony and canapés while gear goes into a van. A first dance played off a phone through a house speaker.
None of this is bad music. It's just not tailored to you, or to your wedding.
A custom written arrangement of your key moment songs, recorded and emailed for your approval weeks before the day. If it isn't right, we change it while there's still time.
We plan what plays as guests arrive, what plays as you walk, how long the signing actually takes, and what's playing when the room turns around. Sets aren't fixed blocks. The music stretches or shifts with the night as it actually goes.
Ceremony, cocktails, reception. Each area has its own system, set up before guests arrive. Nothing gets packed down and carried across the venue mid-event. The music simply carries from one space to the next.

Most couples book a band, then book a DJ, then spend twenty minutes of their reception watching two crews swap over while the room goes quiet and everyone drifts outside. It is the single most common way a good night loses its momentum, and it is entirely avoidable.
I spent years playing corporate events and hospitality rooms, which is where you learn to turn a dead room around. I have walked into plenty of flat nights, read what the room actually needed and brought it back to life. That's the same skill I bring to every wedding I play.
Included on Half Day and All Day, using the same PA systems set up across the venue. It isn't part of Ceremony Only, and I don't sell it on its own. The reason it works is that it's the same person who's been in the room all day and knows what the crowd has responded to.
Nothing stops. On a Half Day or All Day booking the same supplier covers guest arrival, the ceremony, canapés and dinner, and then the DJ set. There is no changeover window, because there is nobody to change over to.
Even between sets, background music chosen for you keeps running, so there is no dead air.
Not embarrassing at all. Small weddings are some of my favourites. With twelve people, there's no distance between the music and the room. Everyone hears the words, nobody talks over the ceremony, and the song you walk in to is held by every single person there. No minimum guest count, no small wedding surcharge.
If I can't perform, a musician from my roster plays the day at no extra cost, with your approved arrangements and music plan. If you'd rather not go ahead with the replacement, everything you've paid is refunded in full. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable. For gear, there's a spare for every critical piece in the van.
Travel is in the price. There's no separate call-out fee for a property outside the city.
Yes. Your ceremony music and your first dance are arranged specifically for your wedding. Once the arrangement is finalised, it's recorded and sent through for approval, so you can hear exactly how it'll sound on the day.
No. Travel across South East Queensland, PA, lighting, mics for speeches and the planning session are all in the price, from $1,100. There are no additional hidden costs. Optional extras, extra hours or extra musicians, are priced up front.
No, it rules out the drum kit. An acoustic soloist, duo or trio is built for this, enough energy to fill the floor while staying inside the limit. Send me the venue name, or on private property tell me where the boundary fence is, and I'll tell you which line-up fits inside it. Most South East Queensland limits are known quantities.
